Are you ready for some exercise?

Well, sometimes water-based exercise is just the way to go. It is easier on your joints because of the water buoyancy. Many times, people can do more in the water because of its warmth, and it just feels great. If you think you want to exercise and are worried it will be too hard... try it in the water.

For the athlete, it is a way to keep up the intensity of your workouts to stay in shape while you are rehabilitating that sore knee. Recovery from an injury or accident can begin sooner.
